Quick Update

Just a quick little update for those that I have been chatting with to let you guys know that I'm alive and well. Things have been rather quiet as of late and I've been busy apartment-hunting. Granted, the place I'm presently holed up in isn't too bad. Very high up and easy to tell if someone coming. It's just hell on my back when I try to sleep.

It's Gone

I went to get Jacob's laptop which had all of the Azoth research on it.

It's gone.

And by gone I mean someone took the liberty of remove almost everything for inside the laptop and left it as a husk. Half of the remaining Azoth I had is gone too. But I guess theres a small victory in that. I made the effort but the stuff into seperate containers and put them in various places so suck it.

I also visited my...well what was once my apartment. I had to go at night so nobody caught me.
It's weird seeing a place you called home in place. Even though it was just apartment, I still felt relatively safe. And over time you just sort of bond with the place. I grow to accept the flaws: the weird creaking you hear in a wall or the dripping of a faucet. It becomes something so normal and a part of your life.

And to see it all torn up; a chunk of wall and a window completely gone, glass and debris everywhere, the furniture smashed. It hurts.

I did manage to reclaim most of my clothes, my Yu-gi-oh cards, my stuffed bear that I've had since I was born (I shall always cherish you Brown Bear), and my PS3 which, thankfully, nobody fucked with.

Onward and upward.

Freedom!!!!

Ah yes. I'm finally out of the hospital!

I'd like to thank the staff for putting up with me. You all have treated me well.

But shit , I'm glad to be out. While I have nothing against sitting on my ass , you can only do that for so long before you get really fidgetty and get cabin fever.

But I'm back in action, although the doctor shouldn't over-exert myself for awhile.

But then again I should do a lot things.

The next tasks at hand

-see if there is anything I can retrieve from the crime scene that was my old apartment
-see if my Azoth and the research related to it is still around. And thank you Overseer for giving it that name. It's quicker to type and so much more formal than Slendersludge.
-see if there's any hope of me catching was my classes to continue for this semester.
-find a new apartment

I have found a temporary place to stay at night. I just pray the janitors don't spot me.

Damn, it's good to be back.

Oh pain medications, I'm going to miss you.

Gaaaaah! I'm going nuts in this damn hospital room!!!

I'm all jittery.

At least I'm getting the hearing back in my ear.

And I may have some  new liberties and travel some

I gotta find a new place to stay though. My old place is smashed up.

And looks like I'm missing a bit of the semester. Shit looks like my plans of graduating this May are being pushed being.

Pain killers are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice!

Talking, Talking, So Much Talking Part 2

Ugh, things him been troublesome. When the doc and nurse questioned how my leg got worse and lied and said I had a nightmare and fell out of my bed.
And due to the officer that took me to the hospital during the whole Solstice incident finally speaking up apparently, I've had so many cops trying to get details. Why my apartment building was smashed up? Why over 60 people (cultists included) are dead? Why I near the scene? Etcetera, etcetera. By the way, someone is doing a phenomenal job covering this up. I've been feigning PTSD and saying I can't remeber. Thank God I'm a Theatre major. They've even had an officer outside my room (unfortunately he was removed before Grigori showed up).

Oddly enough, I have not seen my probation officer which is quite strange for. I just got a call saying that he's letting things slide with all the traps and melee weapons in my apartment (since technically only fire arms were covered in the conditions of my probation) and that when it comes time for my monthly meeting, we're going to have a very long talk.
